2010 Pink Flamingo Award Nomination Packet
Instructions:
1. To nominate a candidate for the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri's 2010 Pink Flamingo Award please fill out page 3 and 4 of the attached packet. Entries must be received at the Club no later than January 20th.

2. Along with the nomination packet, please submit a CD of images (or email the images to mguthrie@bgckids.com) that demonstrate in action why the nominee should be the Club's 2010 Pink
Flamingo Award winner.
Voting Process:
Names and information of all nominees will be listed on the Club's website and Facebook account. Voting will begin in early January and conclude on February 3.
How to vote:
1. Website (www.bgckids.com/donate/donate.cfm?): Make a monetary donation to show support for your favorite candidate. Voter must include the nominee's name in the "Who do you think should be the 2010 Pink Flamingo Award Winner?" box. The nominee with the greatest monetary online donation will be one of the final candidates to be voted on during the Club's 20th Annual Auction, An Evening of Heart & Hope, on Friday, February 5th at the MEC building on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.
2. Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Boys-Girls-Clubs-of-West-Central-Missouri/190529020627): Write your favorite nominee's name and post it to the Club's wall or send it to the Club as a message. Individuals can only vote once and the first vote given will be the only vote counted. The nominee with the greatest Facebook votes will be one of the final candidates voted on during the Club's 20th Annual Auction, An Evening of Heart & Hope, on Friday, February 5th at the MEC building on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.

The candidate that receives the greatest amount of monetary donations the night of the auction will be the Club's 2010 Pink Flamingo Award winner!
