How can the Club use my talents?

Do you have a specific set of skills that you would be willing to donate to benefit the Club? As a non-profit organization we are in need of all kinds of skills on a daily basis.

Volunteers

The Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri is a not-for-profit organization. In an effort to keep program fees at a reasonable rate, volunteerism is encouraged at the Boys & Girls Club.

There are several ways in which one can make a difference:
  • Volunteer to assist with special programs!
  • Volunteer to help children through homework assistance, tutoring and mentoring!
  • Volunteer to help facilitate Club parties and field trips!
  • Volunteer to provide administrative support or to serve on an advisory committee!

To volunteer, contact the Club at 660-826-8331 (toll free 877-242-9260). A volunteer application is available for potential volunteers to list specific areas where they can assist in making a positive difference for members. All volunteers, ages 18 and older, are required to pass a security background check for the safety of those we serve. All volunteers under the age of 18 will be required to become a member of the Boys?& Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri in order to volunteer and/or participate in projects of service learning.
